Shwetal is the Founder and Chief Business Officer at Designs In Change. At Designs In Change she partners with C-Suite and senior leaders to address their business challenges across growth, transformation and future-readiness. She leads the Leadership Transformation & Organizational Change practices which helps clients develop their leaders on strategy, leadership and execution especially in transformation contexts. In her earlier roles, Shwetal has worked at Infosys, Oracle and Cognizant. In these roles she has led design and delivery of large scale organization-wide leadership development initiatives. Shwetal is a PCC certified coach from ICF and has coached senior and C-Suite leaders. She has a management degree from T.A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal.
